Kawaconn's story starts from humble beginnings in 2017 - as a project initiated by our CEO, Mark Gibbins, who was looking for a better way to manage his own newly-founded MedicoLegal business. The lack of dedicated practice management software available to personal injury organisations drove Mark to create his own software that provides solutions to the problems his business was experiencing. It was only once the software had been completed that it's true value to the industry was revealed.
A long process of design and development saw the software take on many iterations in its infancy, each one better than the last. Mark's MedicoLegal business was the perfect test client for Kawaconn, whose constant feedback proved invalauble in creating such a tailored solution.
Six years on from the original idea and the software has been completed. The result is an enterprise encompassing platform with bespoke offerings for MedicoLegal Providers, Law Firms and Insurers in the personal injury industry. The software provides businesses with more control over their future by assisting healthcare professionals and legal practitioners to streamline key processes within their business through one centralised software program.
