View Invoice History - Medical Records Retrieval
OVERVIEW
After an MR invoice is generated and sent to the Booking/Paying Company, it will appear in the Invoice History section. This feature allows you to view the invoice list and associated service fees for a case. This article explains how Case Managers can access the Invoice History.
VIEW INVOICE HISTORY
- Go to the Invoice History section.
- Select an invoice number to open a new page displaying the Tax Invoice.
Note: If the invoice status is Created, the invoice number cannot be selected to view the Tax Invoice.
