Rebook an IME Case

OVERVIEW

The Rebook function allows you to create a new case by copying information and documents from the original case, simplifying the booking process. This article explains how Case Managers can rebook a case.

REBOOK A CASE

  1. In the IME case list, click the three dots next to the selected case and choose Rebook This Case.
  1. A confirmation popup will appear. Select Yes to proceed with rebooking.
  1. A new Assessment tab opens, displaying a success message at the top of the page.
Note: Rebooking is only available for cases that have an assigned specialist.
