Track Appointment Attendance
OVERVIEW
When the appointment date arrives, you can verify the claimant’s attendance. This article explains how Case Managers can view the attendance status.
TRACK CLAIMANT ATTENDANCE
You can track the claimant’s attendance using one of the following options:
- Option 1: In the IME case list, click Case Status to open a status modal.

- Option 2: Open the Assessment Detail tab to view the case status in the header.

- Option 3: Open the Assessment Details tab and navigate to the Attendance Status section.

Note: If the claimant did not attend, you may receive a Non-Attendance Notice and/or Rescheduling Reminders.
