Arrange an Interpreter
OVERVIEW
To ensure effective communication, an interpreter can be arranged for clients who need language support during their appointment. This article explains how Case Managers can add an interpreter to a case.
ARRANGE AN INTERPRETER

- Go to the Appointment Details section.
- Navigate to the Interpreter Information sub-section.
- In the Interpreter Required field, select Yes to request an interpreter.
- In the Interpreting Language field, choose a language from the drop-down list. If the required language is not available, select the Other Language checkbox and enter it manually.
- Select Save to store the information.
