Upload and Update IME Paperwork
TRACK PAPERWORK SUBMISSION TASKS
You can track cases that require paperwork uploads using the following options:
- Option 1: Dashboard → IME Tasks → Click Upload Paperwork (only visible if a task exists) to open the Case & Documents Search tab and view cases requiring paperwork uploads.

- Option 2: Search Options → Combined Task Search → In the filters:
- Select IME Reports in the Select Services filter
- Select Upload Paperwork in the Select Task filter
- Option 2: Search Options → Combined Task Search → In the filters:

- Option 3: Go to Reporting Services → IME Assessments (IM) → In the Select Task filter, choose Upload Paperwork → Click the Search icon to view the relevant cases.

SEND REMINDERS TO CM TO ACQUIRE PAPERWORK
You can remind the Case Manager if they have not sent through the paperwork.
- Click Send CM reminders.
- A text box will appear to confirm. Click Yes.
- Click Save to store the progress.

UPLOAD CASE DOCUMENTS
- Click on Paperwork Status
- Choose the PIC from the dropdown list below PIC 3
- Upload LOI and additional documents.
Note: A textbox will appear, asking you if you want to send the paperwork right away. Here’s what will happen if you choose yes or no:
- If you choose Yes, the following tickboxes will be automatically ticked for you
- Paperwork Sent to Specialist: this tickbox should only be seen as ticked only after the paperwork has been sent. It’s not recommended to tick this tickbox. By action on the below section, it will be ticked automatically.
- Send Paperwork: this section is for the PIC, to send out the paperwork to the specialist via email by ticking the Specialist box below it
- If you click No, the boxes will be left unticked for you to act upon.
- Enter the CM Requested Report Completion By (Non-Urgent) date.
- Notify Paperwork Readiness: this section is used when you are not the PIC of this case. By ticking the Staff PIC box, you’re sending a notification to the responsible staff, asking them to take action.
- Once everything is done, tick the boxes above and click Save to send the paperwork to the specialist automatically. The paperwork will not be sent unless the Send Paperwork box is ticked.
Tip: You can also print the request and send a hard copy via other methods (courier, express post, in house, standard post, or fax). Tick the appropriate boxes before saving.
REQUEST URGENT REPORT COMPLETION
- Tick Urgent Report Completion.
- Select Urgency Status accordingly.
- Click CM Requested Report Completion By from the drop-down list. The specialist will be advised to complete the report by this date.
- Tick the boxes below accordingly.
- Click Save to save the progress.
