Update Cancellation Status

This section shows whether the case is closed or not, for your update.

Update Cancellation Status

You are free to tick each box according to the case’s status.

    • None: default status. Tick this box when the case should be ongoing.
    • Cancelled-No Fee: Tick this box when the case is canceled and the CM is not charged.
    • Cancelled (Chargeable): Tick this box when the case is canceled and the CM must pay a certain fee.
    • Cancelled (No Fee-Pay Specialist): Tick this box when the appointment is cancelled due to operator error, but the specialist is still to be paid.

After ticking either Cancelled box, leave a brief comment in the Comments section to help others understand the reason for the cancellation

Send Rescheduling Reminders to Booking CM

After ticking either Cancelled box, the option Send Rescheduling Reminders will become available. If you wish to send rescheduling reminders to both the Case Manager and the staff responsible for the booking, make sure to tick this box.
