Send/ Resend an Appointment Inquiry

If an appointment is requested and not yet confirmed, under Sending Appointment Inquiry, you can send/resend the appointment inquiry to:

    • Staff PIC: notify the staff that a case manager has requested an appointment.
    • Booking CM: notify the case manager that they have requested an appointment.
    • Specialist: notify the specialist that someone has made an appointment request for them.
