Manage Appointment Attendance Status

When a case reaches the Appointment Date, Staff or Specialists (if provided a login) can mark off the Attendance and update one of the following statuses:

    • Appointment Attended
    • Appointment Not Attended

When a case reaches the Appointment Date, Staff or Specialists (if provided a login) can mark off the Attendance and update one of the following statuses:

    • Appointment Attended
    • Appointment Not Attended
Send Report Due Reminders to Specialist for Attended Appointment

Attendance Status shows whether the client has attended the booked appointment.

For attended appointments, if you want to remind the specialist to complete a report:

  1. Click on Attendance Status.
  2. Tick the Attended round box
  3. Tick the Specialist square box and hit the Save button. An email reminder will be sent to the specialist after [number of days].

Remember to click Save to ensure the information is properly saved.

Send Rescheduling Reminders to Booking CM for Non-attended appointment

Attendance Status shows whether the client has attended the booked appointment.

For non-attended appointments, if you want to send rescheduling reminders to the case manager (CM),

  1. Click on Attendance Status.
  2. Tick the Did not attend (DNA) round box
  3. Tick the Booking CM square box.

Remember to click Save to ensure the information is properly saved.
