Upload a Completed IME Report
OVERVIEW
After completing the IME appointment, Specialists are required to prepare and submit the final report. This article explains how Specialists can upload the finalized report.
TRACK UPLOAD REPORT TASKS
You can track cases that require report uploads using the following options:
- Option 1: From the Dashboard
- Go to Dashboard → Upload Final Report/Notes
- A list of cases requiring report uploads will display
- Option 1: From the Dashboard

- Option 2: Through IME Tasks
- Go to Dashboard → IME Tasks → Upload Reports (only visible if a task exists).
- This opens the Combined Task Search tab showing cases that require report uploads.
- Option 2: Through IME Tasks

- Option 3: Using Find My Cases
- Go to Find My Cases
- Apply the following filters:
- Select Services: IME Reports
- Select Task: Upload Reports
- Option 3: Using Find My Cases

- Option 4: From My Cases
- Go to My Cases → IME Assessments (IM)
- Select Upload Reports from the Select Task filter
- Click the Search icon to display relevant cases
- Option 4: From My Cases

UPLOAD A COMPLETED REPORT
Once you have located the relevant case, you can upload the completed report in two ways:
Option 1 – Upload from the Dashboard
- Go to Dashboard → Upload Final Report/Notes
- Select the relevant case
- Attach the appropriate files or notes in the respective fields
- Click Save to confirm

Option 2 – Upload from the Assessment Detail
- Open the Assessment Detail
- Navigate to: Dictation & Report → Reviewed/Completed Report Sent to MLP
- Upload the completed report in the Attached Reviewed/Completed Report field
- Upload and add additional report notes if any changes or amendments are required
- Click Save to store the information

Note: Once the case is saved successfully, a notification will be sent to staff for follow-up.
