Track FR Paperwork Sent to Specialist

OVERVIEW

After a booking is confirmed, the Letter of Instruction and other relevant documents are sent to the Specialist to initiate the File Review process. This article explains how Specialists can track and access these documents within the system.

TRACK PAPERWORK SENT

When paperwork is sent, the Specialist receives an email notification. To access the file in the system, follow these steps:

  1. In the File Review Detail, go to Booking Confirmation & Paperwork Status section
  2. You can locate the paperwork using the following fields:
    • Attachment: Includes the Letter of Instruction and any other relevant documents. Click the corresponding links to view or download files. You can also use OpenAI to summarize the documents.
    • Share Download Link: Provides a direct link to access and download the documents
