OVERVIEW

In cases where a report draft is prepared by a contractor, the Specialist is responsible for reviewing and finalizing the report. This article explains how Specialists can receive and access the report draft for review.

RECEIVE REPORT DRAFTS

When a report draft is sent, a notification will be sent to the Specialist. You can access the draft in the system using one of the following options:

Option 1 – From the Dashboard

1. Click Download Draft Report on the Dashboard.

2. Select the relevant case, then click Download Draft Report.

Option 2 – From the Assessment Detail

1. Open the Assessment Detail
2. Navigate to the Dictation & Report → Report Draft to Specialist
3. Download the draft report from the Attached Report Draft field
