Cancel Unbooked Appointment Session

OVERVIEW

Deleting an IME session allows Specialists to remove sessions that are no longer needed or were created by mistake. This article explains how Specialists can delete an existing IME session.

CANCEL UNBOOKED APPOINTMENT SESSION

  1. Go to the My Clinic Calendar from the sidebar menu
  1. Find the session you want to update using filters or search for quicker access.
  1. Click on the session to open its details.
  2. Hover over Delete Session and select one of the following options:
    • Delete only this session – Deletes only the selected session. All other sessions in the series remain unchanged.
    • Delete this and other available sessions on this day– Deletes the selected session and any other sessions in the series that fall on the same day.
    • Delete this and other available sessions – Deletes the selected session and all related sessions in the series.
  1. A confirmation popup will appear — select Yes to confirm and save your changes.

Note:

  • Only unbooked sessions can be deleted.
  • Once a session is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
