Create a Supplementary Report Booking

OVERVIEW

A Supplementary Report Booking allows you to request additional questions or clarifications on a Specialist’s completed report. This article explains how Case Managers can create a Supplementary Report Booking.

CREATE A SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT BOOKING

  1. You can create a new case using one of the following options:
    • Dashboard → Book a Service → Supplementary Report
    • My Cases → Supplementary Reports (SR) → Add New Case
  1. Complete all required fields and any additional relevant information for the new SR case, then click Create to save.

<span “>Once created, the case is added to the Supplementary Report database and assigned a unique Kawaconn Case ID.
