Create a Supplementary Report Booking
OVERVIEW
A Supplementary Report Booking allows you to request additional questions or clarifications on a Specialist’s completed report. This article explains how Case Managers can create a Supplementary Report Booking.
CREATE A SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT BOOKING
- You can create a new case using one of the following options:
- Dashboard → Book a Service → Supplementary Report

- My Cases → Supplementary Reports (SR) → Add New Case

- Complete all required fields and any additional relevant information for the new SR case, then click Create to save.
