OVERVIEW

The Case Correspondence feature simplifies communication by centralising all case-related messages. It enables efficient tracking and management of stakeholder interactions. This article explains how Case Managers can effectively manage correspondence within the system.

VIEW CASE CORRESPONDENCE

  1. Go to the Case Correspondence section.
  2. Browse the list of correspondence related to the case, including sent and received messages.
  3. Under each subject, select Details to view the full message.

EXPORT CASE CORRESPONDENCE

By selecting Export Case Correspondence in the Case Correspondence section, the system will generate an Excel file containing the entire correspondence list.
