Create a Medical Records Retrieval
OVERVIEW
Medical Records Retrieval is a reporting service that streamlines the process of obtaining medical and other essential records for personal injury claims, ensuring timely access and efficient case management. This article explains how Case Managers can create a Medical Records Retrieval request.
CREATE A MEDICAL RECORDS RETRIEVAL CASE
- You can create a new case using one of the following options:
- Dashboard → Book a Service → MR Retrieval

- My Cases → Medical Records Retrievals (MR) → Add New Case

- Complete all required fields and any additional relevant information for the new MR case, then click Create to save

Once created, the case is added to the Medical Record database and assigned a unique Kawaconn Case ID.
