Cancel an IME Booking
OVERVIEW
You can cancel an IME booking if it is no longer needed. Depending on the timing, cancellation fees may apply. This article explains how Case Managers can cancel a case and the types of cancellations.
CANCEL AN IME BOOKING
- Go to the Case Cancellation section.
- Choose one of the following cancellation statuses: None (default), Cancelled – No Fee or Cancelled with Fee.
Once you select either Cancelled – No Fee or Cancelled – With Fee, the Send Rescheduling Reminders option will be activated. Check this box to send rescheduling notifications.
- Select Save to store the information.

Note: Once the case is successfully cancelled, its status cannot be changed, and the session will be released for other bookings.
