Create a File Review Booking
OVERVIEW
This article covers how users can create a new File Review case.
File Reviews are for situations where the Booking Company/Case Manager is requesting a report but does not require the need for their Client to have an assessment with the specialist (enough information is provided in the paperwork/brief to write the report).
CREATE A FILE REVIEW BOOKING
- Create a new File Review using any of the following areas:
- Dashboard → Book a Service → File Review

- Reporting Services → File Review → Add New Case

- Fill in all required information for the new File Review case and select Create to save.
- As default, once the File Review case is created, a confirmation email is sent to the Booking Case Manager. If required, you can untick the checkbox in section Booking Confirmation & Paperwork Status
- Once created, the new case is added to the File Reviews database and given a new and unique Kawaconn Case ID.
