Manage Action Required - IME Assessment

OVERVIEW

This section keeps a record of active and completed Action Notes. Action Notes are useful to keep track of additional/ad-hoc tasks to complete that are not present in the service’s workflow.

You can open the Action Required using one of the following methods:

    • Option 1: In the IME case list, click Add Action if the case has no existing actions, or View Actions if actions have already been added.
    • Option 2: Open the Assessment Detail and go to the Action Required section.

ADD ACTION REQUIRED

  1. Click Add Action Note, and a window will appear.
  2. Fill in the Subject, Due Date, Notes, PIC (Person In Charge).
  3. Tick Send Action Due Reminder if you want an automatic notification to send to PIC’s email, on the created date and due date. Otherwise, leave it unticked.
  4. Click Save.

You will see the notes displayed as a list for easier tracking.

VIEW/ UPDATE ACTION REQUIRED

If an action can’t be finished for some reason, you can view and edit that Action Note and make some changes.

  1. Click on the Action Subject of the note you want to edit.
  2. Make changes where necessary.
  3. Click Save.

COMPLETE ACTION REQUIRED

  1. Click on the Action Subject of the action you have completed.
  2. Click Action Completed.
  3. Click Save.
