Send SR Dictation Files
OVERVIEW
When a case requires a contractor to draft the report, the Specialist need to send a dictation file to the MLP after receiving the paperwork. This article guides Specialists on how to upload and send dictation files after the consultation.
TRACK UPLOAD DICTATIONS TASKS
You can track cases that require dictation uploads using the following options:
- Option 1: Go to Dashboard → SUPP Tasks → Click Upload Dictations (only visible if a task exists) to open the Combined Task Search tab showing cases that need report uploads.

- Option 2: Go to Find My Cases, then apply the following filters:
- Select Services: File Reviews
- Select Task: Collect Dictations

- Option 3: Go to My Cases → Supplementary Reports (SR)
- Select Collect Dictations from the Select Task filter
- Click the Search icon to display relevant cases

SEND DICTATION FILES
- Go to the Supplementary Detail
- Navigate to the Dictation & Report → Transcribing & Report Typing → Dictation Files from Specialist
- Select a suitable method to submit the dictation file:
- Attached Audio Dictations – Upload the audio recording of the appointment.
- Share Download Link – Provide a direct link to access the dictation file.
- Attached Specialist Dictation Notes – Upload written notes about the report.
- Click Save to store the information.

Note: Once the dictation is successfully saved, a notification will be sent to staff for follow-up.
