In cases where a report draft is prepared by a contractor, the Specialist is responsible for reviewing and finalizing the report. This article explains how Specialists can receive and access the report draft for review.

RECEIVE REPORT DRAFTS

When a report draft is sent, a notification will be sent to the Specialist. You can access the file in the system by following these steps:

1. Go to the File Review Detail
2. Navigate to the Dictation & Report → Report Draft to Specialist
3. Download the draft report from the Attached Report Draft field
