Send Dictation Files

OVERVIEW

When a case requires a contractor to draft the report, the Specialist need to send a dictation file to the MLP after the appointment. This article guides Specialists on how to upload and send dictation files after the consultation.

SEND DICTATION FILES

  1. Go to the Assessment Detail
  2. Navigate to the Dictation & ReportTranscribing & Report TypingDictation Files from Specialist
  3. Select a suitable method to submit the dictation file:
    • Attached Audio Dictations – Upload the audio recording of the appointment.
    • Share Download Link – Provide a direct link to access the dictation file.
    • Attached Specialist Dictation Notes – Upload written notes about the appointment.
  4. Click Save to store the information.

Note: Once the dictation is successfully saved, a notification will be sent to staff for follow-up.
