Update Appointment Availability

OVERVIEW

Updating an IME session allows Specialists to adjust session details and ensure accurate scheduling. This article explains how Specialists can update an existing IME session.

UPDATE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY

  1. Go to the My Clinic Calendar from the sidebar menu
  1. Find the session you want to update using filters or search for quicker access.
  1. Click on the session to open its details.
  2. Make the required changes.
  3. Hover over Save Session and select one of the following options:
    • Save only this session – Updates only the selected session.
    • Save this and other sessions – Updates this session and all other future sessions in the same series.
  1. A confirmation popup will appear — select Yes to confirm and save your changes.

Note: Only unbooked sessions can be updated
