OVERVIEW

An MR case may be placed on hold due to pending information or required actions. This article explains how Case Managers can track an On-Hold MR case.

TRACK AN ON-HOLD MR CASE

You can track a On-Hold MR case using one of the following options:

• • Option 1: In the MR case list, click Case Status to open a status modal.

• • Option 2: Open the Medical Record Detail tab to view the case status in the header.

• • Option 3: Open the Medical Record Details tab and navigate to the On-Hold Requests section
