OVERVIEW

You can cancel an MR request if it is no longer needed. Depending on the timing, cancellation fees may apply. This article explains how Case Managers track a canceled case.

TRACK A CANCELED MR CASE

You can track a canceled MR case using one of the following options:

• • Option 1: In the MR case list, click Case Status to open a status modal.

• • Option 2: Open the Medical Record Detail tab to view the case status in the header.

• • Option 3: Open the Medical Record Details tab and navigate to the Case Cancellation section
