Cancel an SR Booking

OVERVIEW

You can cancel an SR booking if it is no longer needed. Depending on the timing, cancellation fees may apply. This article explains how Case Managers can cancel a case and the types of cancellations.

CANCEL AN IME BOOKING

  1. Go to the Case Cancellation section.
  2. Choose one of the following cancellation statuses: None (default), Cancelled – No Fee or Cancelled (Chargeable).
  3. Select Save to store the information.
Note: Once the case is successfully cancelled, its status cannot be changed.
