OVERVIEW

The Case Status section provides real-time updates, allowing you to track milestones, monitor progress, and determine the next steps for efficient case completion. While the workflow is optional, Case Statuses and tasks are designed to be completed in order from left to right.

VIEW CASE STATUS PROGRESS

You can track Case Status Progress using one of the following options:

• • Option 1: In the IME case list, click Case Status to open a status modal.
  • Option 2: In the IME case list, click Case No to open the Assessment Detail tab, where the case status appears in the header.

The IME Assessment Case Statuses are categorized into five groups. To learn more about the definition of each status, refer to the IME Assessments Glossary.
